In order to prepare your application, the following documents should be considered:

Application

Applications are accepted only if submitted through the online platform.

The only accepted language for proposal and related documents is English.

The following documents (in pdf format) have to be uploaded in the dedicated area of the online Proposal Submission Form. Please make sure that files are in PDF format, max size 50 Mb, readable, accessible and printable.

1. Research Proposal; (Download template)
2. Scientific and professional Curriculum Vitae of the applicant - EUROPEAN FORMAT recommended; (Download template)
3. Letter of support written by the Head of the Research Unit;
   
4. Letter of intent signed by the hosting institution. (Download template)

Please note that only publications in IRIS database will be taken into account. These will be taken into consideration in order to evaluate the candidate’s profile. That being said candidates are encouraged to make sure to have them listed on that system. For problems of any further information regarding IRIS please contact researchassessment@fbk.eu.

Login

In order to submit a proposal each applicant must login with her/his FBK account. Make sure you are duly logged in with your FBK credentials while filling-in the Proposal Submission Form.

General project details and documents can be updated or deleted through the Proposal submission form. You can save your draft version and return to the form at your earliest convenience. The system will restore the current values. When the form is duly filled-in you can press the “Submit” button. Upon receipt of your submission, the system will automatically prompt a receipt notice.
If your proposal remains as draft version and you don’t press the “Submit” button before the deadline, it will not be considered.
Please note that, you can amend your submitted proposal until the submission deadline. After the submission deadline your last submitted proposal will be sent to your Head of Unit/Centre.

Deadline

Applications are accepted only if submitted through the online platform entering FBK login below in this page. The proposal must be written in English using the templates available on the website.

The deadline for application submission is the 15^th of November 2016.
