FBK Mobility programme aims to foster the personal and professional development of individuals by funding a research project which includes a visit of from 3 to 9 months to a research centre, an academic institution, or a private company. The mobility period can be divided into two periods, in order to promote the work-life balance as well as the work activities at FBK.

FBK has designed this opportunity with the following goals:

• to encourage personal and professional development of individuals;
• to strengthen the professional profile of researchers early in their careers, equipping them with the skills needed for future international research success;
• to increase the professional profile of researchers, giving them the opportunity to consolidate their research networks;
• to contribute to the mobility of researchers across international organizations, scientific institutes and the industrial sector.
